Hi, I’m Tori Cooper, a UKIHCA Certified Health Coach. I believe everyone deserves to feel their best. I’m passionate about helping you simplify your journey to better health and wellness.
In our initial session, we’ll begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand your health concerns, goals, and history. Together, we’ll create an achievable plan, focusing on specific actions that fit your life. At each subsequent session, we’ll review this plan, celebrate your successes, and use coaching tools to address any challenges you may face.
I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, a Level 5 Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, and a certificate in Nutrition in Culinary Practice. More importantly, I believe you’re the expert on your own life. My knowledge is here to guide and support you in making positive changes. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, identify your strengths, and work through challenges. I’ll keep you motivated as you progress toward a healthier, happier, more vibrant you.
It’s important to note that while Health Coaches can support you in navigating pre-diagnosed conditions and provide reliable health information and resources, we don’t diagnose or provide medical treatment. My focus is on empowering you to take charge of your health, set meaningful goals, and develop lasting habits. I’m here to listen and encourage you every step of the way.
