Sometimes all it takes is the right conversation to help you find a way forward.

At Just Ask A Coach, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to improve their life, whatever their circumstances.

Just Ask A Coach was founded by Di Parker, Jan Tinsley and Mario Riccardi. Di and Jan are experienced coaches, while Mario is our Compliance Officer.

JAAC is a nonprofit platform bringing together coaches who support people through a wide range of life’s personal and professional challenges.

Our aim is simple: to help you move from overwhelm and chaos towards greater calm, clarity and a positive way forward.

Having experienced and witnessed the life-changing impact of coaching, Di and Jan wanted to make this support more accessible to everyone, including those experiencing financial difficulties.

That’s why JAAC created a bursary to help people who might otherwise struggle to afford coaching.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, facing challenges or simply want to make positive changes in your life, coaching may help.

You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out. Sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to begin.

Each coach sets their own fees, which can be found on their individual websites. Your first 30-minute introductory call is free.

At JAAC, we believe coaching is an investment in yourself. Even a small financial contribution represents a commitment to making positive changes in your life.

Coaching is not about someone fixing things for you. It’s about empowering you to take action and move forward.

We believe financial circumstances shouldn’t prevent someone from accessing coaching.

Through our bursary, JAAC may be able to help cover the difference between what you can afford and your coach’s fees.

Simply discuss what you can realistically contribute with your chosen coach, who can then apply to JAAC for bursary support.

It’s not about how much you can pay. It’s about your commitment to yourself and your willingness to take action.

Think about the area of your life where you most need support right now.

Browse our coaches and their specialisms to find someone who feels right for you.

If you’re unsure where to begin, Di or Jan would be happy to have a conversation and help guide you.

When life feels overwhelming, it can help to focus on one challenge at a time.

For example, if you’re struggling with your business following the loss of a loved one, you may benefit from addressing your grief before focusing on business challenges.

Di or Jan can help you decide where to start.

Absolutely not!

JAAC is for anyone who wants support in moving forward.

Our coaches cover a wide range of areas, including grief and bereavement, health and wellbeing, burnout, family challenges, trauma-related issues, leadership, HR, business and personal development.

Once you’ve found a coach, simply reach out through JAAC to arrange your free 30-minute introductory call.

This is your opportunity to discuss your needs, ask questions and explore how coaching could help you, including practical arrangements and fees.

There’s no need to have everything figured out before you make contact.

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Sometimes the first step towards change is simply asking for support.
