  • 2 new recipes daily, to help make your life easier and keep your meal choices versatile and fresh
  • 1 daily HIIT workout videos to follow, challenging and different each day
  • Ongoing support and encouragement throughout, we’re all in this together!
  • Phone call check ins with me on days 5 and 10 to keep you accountable and motivated
  • Celebratory phone call/ zoom call with me on day 15 to conclude challenge
