Hi, I’m Di Parker, The Good Grief Coach from Life After Loss. My passion is helping clients overcome grief by understanding its true nature. We’re often taught how to gain things in life, but not how to handle loss.
Widowed in 2016 and having lost my sister in 2017, I combined Grief Training with my NLP skills to assist others in navigating their grief. A loss is an end of a familiar pattern of behavior, and the depth of your attachment determines your grief.
People recognize grief in death, but it also arises from divorce, health issues, career changes, and more. I help clients break through myths and old beliefs, addressing guilt and self-comparison that keep them stuck.
Qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming since 2004 and a Master Practitioner since 2006, I specialize in stress and depression management, with additional training in Advanced Hypnotherapy, EFT, Timeline Therapy, and Humanistic Psychology. Since 2017, I’ve focused on Grief Training.
