Christina Hutchinson

I love to work with individuals who feel like they’re stuck, struggling to make their life goals and dreams, big or small, a reality. My clients often believe they have little or no confidence and can be overwhelmed by the relentless and harsh inner critics keeping them playing small. I work with them to help them find who they truly are, so they can recognise and fulfil their potential.

In addition, I specialise in team coaching and leadership growth, co-creating with teams to strengthen relationships, connection, collaboration and psychological safety, and with leaders to develop greater self-awareness, creativity, political intelligence, resilience and authentic presence.

Whether working with a stuck individual, a team navigating conflict, a seasoned leader or a newly promoted leader finding their feet, my aim is to create a space where deeper insight leads to greater understanding and purposeful action, and where people feel seen, heard and challenged to grow and thrive.

My coaching style is calm, grounded and reflective, yet always focused on moving towards meaningful change for my clients.
